Celebrities.
Real people.

We all have incredible stories to tell. I have decades of experience bringing them to life. After all, it's in my name!

Stories worth staying for.
I’m a longtime celebrity journalist with over 20 years of experience writing for magazines like Entertainment Weekly, Rolling Stone, and People, where I’m a senior reporter and writer. Throughout my career, I’ve interviewed hundreds of stars, ranging from A-listers like Jennifer Lawrence and Benedict Cumberbatch to TV darlings like Vanna White and Alex Trebek, as well as athletes like Alex Rodriguez and Roger Federer. I’m also an author — in 2010, I released the humor book Dirty Girls: The Naked Truth About Our Guilty Secrets (Unpretty, Unclean, and Utterly Horrifying), based on my time as a Maxim sex columnist. This was translated into German, where it went by the title, “Men are Gross. So are Women.” It was optioned by CBS, but it was perhaps too racy for primetime. (If you are a producer, please feel free to try again.) I’ve also ghostwritten memoirs and celebrity book proposals, and I live in Brooklyn with my journalist-author husband and our two sons. Obsessions include Jeopardy!, snowboarding, and fictional old ladies who solve murders.
